Emily Boyd Dahab is theater artist and administrator whose passion is building sustainable theatrical and artistic communities.

Emily has worked professionally as an actor, director, dramaturg and playwright both in New York City and regionally, at companies ranging from Court Theatre in Chicago to Red Bull Theater in New York City. For more information about her artistic background, visit her website here.

She also has experience as a non-profit and small business administrator, working for boutique fundraising consulting firm Advance NYC, as Development Manager at groundbreaking opera company Ardea Arts, and as a Deputy Program Manager for NYC SBS's Goods & Services Mentorship Program, helping M/WBE small businesses learn to do business with the city of New York.

She is currently in her third year of the MFA Dramaturgy program at Columbia University, for which the Long Island Theater Project will fulfill her practical thesis requirement.
​
She lives in Bay Shore, Long Island, with her husband Bill Dahab, their baby boy, and two cats and two dogs.
